This week, Accellta was honored to participate in the groundbreaking Israeli Food-Tech Delegation to Thailand, an event that marks a significant milestone in the Israel-Thailand FoodTech partnership. The delegation, graciously hosted by Tomer Shpilman, Head of Economic and Trade, and his exceptional team, received tremendous support from Israeli Ambassador Orna Sagiv.

Representing Accellta, Dr. Michal Amit and Mr. Aviram Amit showcased our expertise in scaling up stem cell production, with a particular focus on potential partnerships within the alternative protein sector. Our interactions with innovative companies such as Wanda Fish, Remilk, and SuperMeat left us inspired and confident that Accellta's cutting-edge technology will find a distinguished place among these esteemed organizations.
The event, part of the Israel FoodTech Roadshow to Thailand, brought together over 200 guests from more than 70 Thai companies, demonstrating the thriving Israeli-Thai partnership in the food industry. The roadshow showcased a diverse range of innovations from Israeli companies, including plant-based cheeses and meats, and innovative bee-free honey, offering a glimpse into the future of food.
We were particularly impressed by the level of enthusiasm surrounding alternative proteins in Thailand. As a nation playing a significant role in both seafood production and consumption, Thailand shows a growing awareness of the need to adopt more sustainable food production methods. This aligns perfectly with Accellta's mission and capabilities in the stem cell and alternative protein space.
The Israeli food tech sector, with its focus on innovation, sustainability, and excellence, has much to offer Thailand. We believe that Accellta's expertise in stem cell cultivation and bioprocessing can contribute significantly to this partnership, helping to address the growing demand for sustainable protein solutions in Asia.
As we reflect on this successful event, we're excited about the potential collaborations and opportunities that may arise from this delegation. Accellta is committed to leveraging our innovative technology to support the development of sustainable food solutions in Thailand and beyond.
We extend our gratitude to all who made this event a success and look forward to continuing our journey in driving innovation and sustainability in the world of food technology. Stay tuned for updates on how Accellta's participation in this delegation will shape our future endeavors in the Asian market.
